Bybit Listens P2P

 is back this August with improvements and developments made in response to your feedback.

For this edition, we’re giving you the latest updates on our 

Trader: The process of filling up Google forms to post an ad can be troublesome. I hope there can be a more straightforward method.

Previously, we used Google forms to collect information and contact traders to verify the information. Once the details were verified, users could post ads, but the entire process took about three working days.

In order to streamline the process and maximize efficiency, we use online automation to judge and prompt the conditions for advertisers to post ads. This helps users to easily understand our P2P trading rules and regulations, reducing the application and waiting time to publish advertisements seamlessly.

Trader: In the event that the other party cancels the trade, or causes me to cancel my trade, I hope it won’t affect my completion rate.

Completion rate is an important component of P2P trading since it affects the ranking of ads and the user’s choice of counterparty. 

However, we’d like to assure you that we’ve taken the necessary measures to prevent cancellations without liability.

We’ve implemented rules for advertisers where trades can be canceled for various reasons.

However, if the trade is canceled because of the other party (due to additional fees being charged, or the other party’s payment method being unavailable), your completion rate will not be affected. Finally, traders are required to submit supporting documents as evidence to substantiate their claims.

We thus reassure you that cancellations by the other party will not affect the completion rate of individuals.

Trader: It would be great if I could set different payment methods when posting an ad. 

Initially, the supply and demand for various payment methods were different, which generated different prices for ads. In order to maximize earnings, advertisers needed to set different payment methods for different advertisements.

With our improved system, supported payment methods under one ad can be differentiated from other ads. Better integration allows advertisers to choose up to three payment methods for added convenience.

Trader: Bybit P2P trading is a great tool, but I hope to trade even more assets

Currently, our P2P trading platform supports trading of USDT, as well as BTC and ETH in selected regions. We support a total of 33 fiat currencies, with over 330 payment methods. In addition, all fiat currencies support trading on both the web and app.

We are working to actively expand more currencies to more regions, with three to four new fiat currencies every month to support active trading of fiat-to-digital currencies.
