This announcement has been edited to include changes to Options trading fees effective from Aug 24, 2023. 

To create a better trading environment for our 

. These changes also encompass significant reductions in 

Fees for Derivatives contracts, including Options, have been adjusted. Specifically, Taker fees for Options contracts have been reduced by up to 1 bps, while Maker fees for Options have experienced a significant reduction of up to 1.3 bps.

We will be introducing two (2) new Pro tiers. The previous Pro 1 to 3 tiers will correspond to Pro 3 to 5 tiers. Existing Pro 1 to 3 traders will be automatically upgraded to the corresponding Pro 3 to 5 tiers based on their trading volumes.

VIP 4 and 5 members will be able to achieve Pro status through API integration. By having over 20% of your trading volume attributed to API trading, you can unlock the benefits and privileges of being a Pro user.

To create a better trading environment for our VIP and Pro users, Bybit has adjusted our Derivatives fees with effect from Jul 20, 2023. These changes also encompass significant reductions in Options trading fees across all tiers from Aug 24, 2023.
