Removal of RPI eligibility for selected TradFi Perpetual Contracts

As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize the trading experience for TradFi Perpetual Contracts, Bybit will remove RPI (Retail Price Improvement) eligibility for selected symbols starting Aug 25, 2026.

Scope
This change applies exclusively to the following TradFi Perps symbols:
• TSLAUSDT

• SAMSUNGUSDT

• CLUSDT

• DRAMUSDT

• BABAUSDT

• AMATUSDT

• AAPLUSDT

• SPYUSDT

• KODEX200USDT

• IBMUSDT

What this means for you
• RPI matching will no longer be available for the symbols listed above. Any RPI orders submitted for these symbols will be rejected and will not be filled.
• Orders for these symbols will be matched through the standard order book only. You can continue trading these contracts by placing standard (non-RPI) orders as usual. Standard order-book matching, fees, and order types for these symbols will remain unchanged.
• All other contracts are unaffected. RPI will continue to be available where it is currently enabled.

What are RPI orders?
RPI (Retail Price Improvement) orders are maker-only orders that can be matched only against eligible retail taker flow. For more details, please refer to Retail Price Improvement (RPI) Order.

Impact on market maker rebates
This change affects RPI matching only and does not affect your eligibility or participation in the TradFi Perps RPI Maker Rebate Incentive or the API Maker Rebate Program.

Maker rebates for market-making activity conducted before the effective date will continue to be calculated and paid as usual. Updated requirements for designated symbols under the TradFi Perps RPI Maker Rebate Incentive will be announced separately.

Bybit will continue to review and optimize the trading experience for TradFi Perps in response to evolving market conditions. For more information, please refer to Introduction to TradFi Perpetual Contracts.

Thank you for your continued support.
