- All of users' eETH balances in their Main Account and Subaccounts under the Funding Account, Spot Account, and Unified Trading Account will be included in the snapshot.

- The number of Powder you earn will be calculated based on your mETH balance snapshot result, multiplied by 10 and rounded to three decimal places.

- Mantle reserves the final right of interpretation for the redemption of Powder to COOK.
