1. This event is not open to users from Spain, Brazil, the Netherlands and Hong Kong.

2. Users must join the event via the Join Now button to be eligible for rewards.

3. Only users who have completed Identity Verification Lv. 1 are eligible to participate in this event.

4. Institutional users and Market Makers are not eligible for the event.

5. Subaccounts are not eligible to participate in the event.

6. For Special Try-On Bonus, only users who have not previously engaged with any Bybit Earn products before the start of this event period are eligible to participate.

7. Non-VIP users will be eligible for Task 1 – Task 5 upon meeting the requirements. VIP users will also be eligible, provided they meet the task requirements, excluding the winners of Task 6. 

8. For Special Try-On Bonus and Task 1 – Task 5, rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

9. Task 6 is exclusively for VIP users. Winners will be determined based on rankings from the accumulated purchase amount. VIPs who rank in the top 10 will be considered final winners.

10. For Task 6, the APR booster vouchers can only be used for Flexible Savings' USDT product. Users can subscribe for up to 10,000 USDT with vouchers for two (2) days to enjoy the boosted APR rate.

11. For Task 5 – Task 6, only purchases that are settled will be counted. Cases of early redemption will not be included in the total amount.

12. Both types of rewards, USDT and APR booster vouchers, will be distributed to eligible users' Rewards Hub within 14 days after the event ends. Users will need to manually claim their rewards from the Rewards Hub.

13. All participating users must strictly abide by the Bybit Terms of Service.

14. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
