1. By entering this event, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and adhere to any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

2. Only Bybit users with a valid UID are eligible for this event. 

3. Participants must complete at least Identity Verification Lv. 1 to be eligible for this event. 

4. All participants must provide a valid email address to be eligible for the rewards and any information that Bybit may, in its reasonable discretion, deem necessary to verify the eligibility of the participant.

5. All rewards will be distributed within 14 days after the event ends. 

6. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participant if he/she, at any time, engaged in inappropriate, dishonest, abusive or any activities or conduct which Bybit, in its sole discretion, deems as warranting mandatory disqualification.

7. The form is open globally, with the exception of residents of France, Germany, Spain, Canada (Quebec), Canada (Ontario), Singapore, the United States, the China mainland, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Sevastopol, Sudan, and Syria.

8. Participants must be of age to create a Bybit account in their country of residence.

9. If, for any reason, the giveaway, or any part of the giveaway, is unavailable or there is a delay in receiving the giveaway, or a related event is delayed, canceled or postponed, or for any other reason, Bybit reserves the right to modify the giveaway in its reasonable discretion and awards a substitute giveaway of comparable or greater value to the winner(s).

11. Bybit reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway rules at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice. 

12. Starting Dec 27, 2024, users in the EEA will no longer be able to register for events or receive rewards. The EEA includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

13. New users must register within three (3) days before the livestream date to be eligible to claim the Red Packets.

14. Existing users must trade at least $50 within seven (7) days to be eligible to claim the Red Packets.
