Important Notice for Users in the European Economic Area (EEA)

Dear Bybit Community,
We would like to inform you of certain operational and structural developments in the European Economic Area (EEA) in the context of our ongoing regulatory alignment efforts.
As part of these measures, access to certain services on Bybit Global for EEA residents will be progressively limited. Prior to any measures being implemented, affected users will receive clear communications outlining the timelines for managing both existing and new positions. With the purpose of allowing users to remediate these positions and balances, you will retain access to your assets custodied in your account.
Further information will be provided as appropriate. We recommend that users remain attentive to official communications for updates that may affect their accounts.
We thank you for your continued trust in Bybit and look forward to keeping you informed as this important milestone progresses. Should you have any questions in the meantime, our support team remains available to assist you.
For the purposes of this notice, the EEA countries in scope are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Please note that Malta residents are not included in this process, as Bybit EU's licenses are not currently passported to Malta and Bybit EU does not actively offer products or services to Malta residents at this time.
