To further enhance liquidity and trading efficiency in USDC-denominated markets, Bybit will introduce an optimized fee structure alongside liquidity mechanism enhancements for USDC Spot and Futures trading pairs.

This update is designed to encourage greater participation in USDC markets through a more competitive fee framework, ultimately improving market depth, execution quality and overall trading experience.

In February 2026, Bybit completed the infrastructure deployment for a dedicated USDC Futures Fee Group, providing foundational support for the independent operation and continued development of USDC-denominated markets. 

Building on this foundation, Bybit will continue refining trading mechanics and fee structures to further strengthen the USDC trading ecosystem.

USDC-denominated spot and futures trading pairs

- Futures users in the CIS region, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, where this fee adjustment is currently not applicable

The taker fee discount applies only to eligible VIP users engaging in manual (non-API) trading.

To qualify, users must meet the following condition:

- API trading volume accounts for less than 20% of total USDC trading volume 

(i.e., API trading volume ÷ Total USDC trading volume < 20%)

Users who do not meet the above criteria (including API-dominant traders) will not be eligible for this fee discount.

- If a user becomes eligible during the event period (including through VIP tier upgrades), the discounted fee rate may not take effect immediately and could be subject to processing delays.

- The actual effective time of the discounted fee rate will be determined by system update timing.

- Bybit reserves the right to determine eligibility and the effective timing of fee adjustments at its sole discretion.

Subject to the eligibility criteria above, Bybit will introduce taker fee discounts for eligible VIP users trading USDC Spot and Futures pairs.

Eligible users may enjoy up to a 50% reduction in taker fees compared with the standard fee schedule.

Bybit maintains a unified grouping framework for all Perpetual and Futures contracts.

Under this framework, all USDC-denominated Perpetual and Futures contracts are categorized exclusively under the USDC Group, with dedicated weighting and fee parameters.

To further recognize liquidity provision in USDC markets, the weighting factor for the USDC Group will be adjusted from 5x to 8x for Market Maker performance assessment.
