USD.AI — The GPU-backed lending protocol and governance token powering the AI infrastructure economy.
Targeting 10-15% APR, it functions like a high-yield bond index tied to income-generating infrastructure equipment. Like most synthetic dollar protocols, the three key aspects of USD.AI are:

1. USDai is a low risk, fully PYUSD-backed stablecoin, which allows it to be redeemed instantly at all times. USDai does not pass yield through to holders, instead providing users with deep secondary market liquidity across DeFi and CeFi.
2. sUSDai is the yield-bearing synthetic dollar backed by AI infrastructure assets.  These assets are inherently less liquid than stablecoins, so holders accrue yield for the added risk and withdrawals are also subject to redemption periods. Yield for sUSDai is generated through loans collateralized by AI infrastructure assets (GPUs) and through incentives on PYUSD on undeployed capital. Depositors can earn yield without needing to underwrite or originate individual loans. 
3. CHIP is the governance token for the USD.AI Protocol. CHIP holders vote on approved collateral types and other financing parameters, and can shape the future of the protocol through improvement proposals.

Currently, this financing is dominated by tradfi yield-based products such as loans, bonds, and convertible preferred equity. - Trades made using a Subaccount or Trading Bots will be counted toward this event. However, trades made via API will not be counted toward this event.  

- Institutional Users and Market Makers are not eligible for this event.  

- Eligible users will receive their rewards in batches before the event ends.

- Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses, wash trading and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.  

- Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
