Bybit's Token Delisting Process

At Bybit, we periodically review each digital asset we list to ensure a healthy digital asset environment so we can protect the rights and interests of our traders. In the case where an asset fails to meet Bybit's stringent listing requirements, which are primarily created to provide our users with the best possible Bybit trading experience, our team at Bybit conducts in-depth reviews and potentially delists the token and its trading pairs.

What to Expect During the Delisting Process

1. The suspension of some or all associated trading pairs;
2. The suspension of token deposits; and
3. The suspension of token withdrawals.

Users will be given a buffer period to withdraw the delisted token prior to withdrawal suspension.

If users fail to withdraw their delisted tokens before the snapshot period, Bybit will exchange the delisted tokens for equivalent USDT according to the prevailing market price, should market conditions allow. This exchange process is estimated to take up to 6 months depending on market situation.

Exchange Rules

1. If there is sufficient liquidity in the OTC market after token withdrawal is suspended, Bybit will exchange the delisted tokens for USDT at the OTC price and distribute them to users proportionately after deducting any transaction fees.
2. If there is insufficient liquidity in the OTC market after token withdrawal is suspended, no exchanges will take place and the delisted tokens will remain valueless in Bybit's platform. Users will also be unable to see the delisted tokens in their accounts.
3. If a user's delisted tokens have an asset value worth less than 0.000001 USDT after the exchange, Bybit will not release the converted USDT to the user's account.

Please Note:

1. Due to market fluctuations, users are advised to withdraw tokens in advance to avoid losses.
2. Withdrawal and exchange processes will take time. We ask users to kindly remain patient and allow time for all processes to complete.
3. Bybit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or change or cancel delistings at any time and for any reasons without prior notice.
