- Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 1 or Business Verification are eligible. Users from [restricted countries](https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Service-Restricted-Countries) are not allowed to participate.

- Certain Learn Challenges or rewards may not be available in specific countries or regions due to compliance restrictions. Users can still progress by completing available Learn Challenges.

- The Learn & Trade Center consists of multiple levels, and users unlock higher levels by completing a required number of Learn Challenges. Users who have already completed certain trading actions may unlock higher levels directly.

- Not all Learn Challenges are mandatory; only a required number must be completed to progress. Only actions that meet the task requirements (e.g. trading volume, product usage) will be considered valid. 

- Rewards are one-time only per user unless otherwise specified and may be limited or distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Certain rewards (e.g. KYC or first deposit rewards) are only available to new users within 7 days after registration. Missing this period may reduce total rewards but does not affect progression.

- Rewards may include bonus, coupons, tokens, airdrops, points, badges and certificates. Eligible rewards will be distributed to the Rewards Hub within up to 7 working days. Delays may occur due to system processing or compliance checks.

- Bybit reserves the right to disqualify users engaging in abusive, fraudulent or manipulative behavior, including but not limited to multi-accounting or reward farming. 

- Participation in this program involves trading activities which may carry risk. Users should fully understand the risks before participating. Rewards and Learn Challenges do not constitute investment advice.
