In light of recent regulatory developments, Bybit has made the difficult but necessary decision to pause the availability of our products and services in the 

, Bybit will no longer accept applications to open new accounts from any identified United Kingdom residents and United Kingdom nationals (UK Customers).

, UK Customers will no longer be able to make any new deposits, create new contracts, or increase existing positions for any products and services on our platform. However, they can reduce or close their positions, and withdraw their funds from our platform. 

, UK Customers are strongly encouraged to manage and close their positions. The remaining open positions held by UK Customers in any margin products and derivative contracts, including the listed products below, will be automatically settled on Jan 8, 2024, 8AM UTC. After settlement, the funds will still be available for withdrawal.
