1. Qualified new user/referee definition: New users who sign up for Bybit accounts with referral links or codes and make a cumulative deposit of at least 100 USDT and trade more than 500 USDT (or equivalent in any currency) within 7 days of signing up. 

2. Eligible deposits include One-Click Buy, P2P Trading, crypto deposits and fiat deposits. Internal transfer of funds will not be considered for this event.

3. Only the trading volume of referred Bybit customers will be counted. Spot trading pairs with zero fees will not be included in the calculation.

4. To ensure fairness in the event, the deposit rewards will be distributed within 3 days after the event ends. The referral rewards will be distributed within 10 days after the event ends.

5. This event is not open to referees from the European Economic Area (EEA) who were invited within the EEA. Referrers targeting EEA users are ineligible to participate in any rewards.

6. Starting Dec 30, 2024, users in the EEA will no longer be able to register for events or receive rewards. The EEA includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
