Be the next face of Bybit because I Make It Possible.

- These terms govern participation in the Bybit Merch Ambassador Program ("Program"). By applying or joining, participants ("Ambassadors") agree to these terms.

- Users must be 18 years of age or older.

- Users must have active social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, or others).

- Users must be approved by the Bybit team.

- Users from restricted countries/regions are not eligible to participate.

- Bybit provides official merchandise, occasional campaign briefs or promotional content. No financial compensation is provided unless agreed separately.

- Users must post and promote Bybit merch on public social media at least once per month, or as specified in the campaign brief.

- Users must tag or mention Bybit in relevant posts.

- Users must follow the brand guidelines and campaign instructions provided by Bybit.

- Users must maintain a positive and professional tone when representing the Bybit brand.

- Users who fail to post promotional content for two consecutive months, or for any other period as defined by Bybit, may be removed from the program.

- Users who do not meet the commitments may lose eligibility for future merch drops or campaigns.

- Bybit reserves the right to remove any user from the program at its sole discretion.

- Bybit may repost or use any content shared by users under this program for marketing purposes, with credit to the user.

- Users must not post content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to the Bybit brand.

- Users must not misrepresent their relationship with Bybit.

- Users must not promote or endorse direct competitors of Bybit, including other cryptocurrency exchanges or similar platforms.

- Users who wish to engage with competitors must notify the Bybit team in writing and may be removed from the program at Bybit’s discretion.

- All Bybit branding and content remains the property of Bybit and may only be used as directed under this program.

- Bybit reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided.

- Participation is voluntary, and users may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying the Bybit team.

- All participating users must strictly abide by the Bybit Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

- Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.

- Bybit reserves the right to the final interpretation of the Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support.

- This event is not available to users from Canada, the Chinese mainland, Crimea, Cuba, France, Hong Kong, Iran, the Netherlands, North Korea, Sevastopol, Singapore, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States and Uzbekistan.

- Users in the EEA will no longer be able to register for events or receive rewards. The EEA includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
