- All rewards under this program are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Bybit reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to modify the rewards or replace them with alternatives of similar value.

- All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the program or redemption of Reward Points will be resolved at Bybit’s sole discretion. Bybit’s decision will be final and binding.

- If a Card Account is terminated for any reason — by the user or Bybit — it will be disqualified from the program. All unredeemed Reward Points will be forfeited and are non-transferable.

- These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the Bybit Cardholder Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Cardholder Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

- Users can earn Reward Points and choose how to enjoy their benefits — either by redeeming them in the Rewards Market or converting them into cashback.
