1. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in dishonest or unethical behavior.

2. Participants may refer up to five (5) qualified affiliates (influencers/KOLs) per month. Any referrals beyond this limit will not be eligible for bonus rewards.

3. Existing Bybit community ambassadors are not eligible to participate in the BUIDLer program.

4. All participants accepted into the program will undergo a three-month probationary period, during which their performance and suitability will be evaluated.

5. Participation in the BUIDLer program is exclusive to users residing in Australia and New Zealand.

6. Participants are expected to uphold Bybit's reputation and avoid any actions that could negatively impact the company's image or standing. Bybit reserves the right to terminate the partnership should a participant violate this clause.
