By upgrading their Copy Trading Account, Master Traders will unlock the following features:

1. Improved Integration with Derivatives Trading Terminal

Trade directly in a Master Trader Subaccount! We’ve updated our system so that Copy Trades are now integrated with the main Derivatives Trading terminal, meaning that orders will appear on that terminal. This eliminates the need for a separate Copy Trading tab, and makes it easier for trades to be easily copied by Followers.

2. Full Suite of Derivatives Trading Functions

The integration of the main trading terminal now allows Master Traders to access the full suite of trading functions, including Conditional Orders and Trailing Stop, which were previously unavailable in the Copy Trading tab.

With V3/V5 USDT Perpetual OpenAPI now supported, Master Traders can execute automated strategies

4. Trade on Autopilot with Third-Party Trading Tools

Master Traders can now link their Subaccount to third-party trading tools such as 3Commas, Insilico Terminal and more via API to trade with automated strategies.

With these third-party integrations offering advanced trading features, Master Traders can manage their portfolios efficiently and enhance their profits while managing risks. Once set up, all trades will sync automatically with Bybit.

Manage multiple Master Trader Subaccounts conveniently.

Housed within Asset Overview, the Master Trader’s selected Derivatives account will be marked with a "Copy Trading" label to indicate that it's a Master Trader account. With this update, you can now view your Unrealised PnL, total profit share earned, and export Order & Trade history in a way similar to how you would view your Bybit account Order & Trade history. This improved feature makes it easy to keep track of your trading performance.

Master Traders that use automated trading strategies will have a badge reflected on their profile page.

Q: Will there be any impact to Unified Trading Accounts (UTA)?

 UTA presently does not support Copy Trading for Master Traders

Q: How long will it take to upgrade my account?

 The upgrade will take less than a minute.

For now, you can exit the upgrade pop-up on the platform to postpone the upgrade. However, we’ll be automatically upgrading all Master Trader accounts in due time within this year.

 Bybit Futures Grid Bot is not supported at the moment. Traders may wish to use trading bots through third-party trading tools and services instead.
