Changes to the API Rate Limit only apply to UTA Pro users, encompassing all Perpetual and Futures contracts, including:

Adjustments to API Rate Limit Requirements

Your API Rate Limit will decrease if any one of the Order Fill Ratio, Small Order Ratio, or Daily Order Cap fails to meet the requirements listed in the table below:
