During the upgrade, users may experience P2P-related issues, including but not limited to:

• Unavailability of payment methods for P2P Trading.

• Inability to place new orders, manage active orders or appeals, edit ads or payment methods, or access profile pages.

• Issues with P2P completion rates and Earn product subscriptions involving assets from P2P Trading.

• Limited customer support for P2P inquiries; non-P2P inquiries will remain unaffected.

Please plan ahead and avoid any critical transactions during this period. We will work to minimize downtime and restore services as quickly as possible.
