In line with our commitment to adapting to the evolving regulatory environment, while ensuring the provision of the highest-grade services to our Hong Kong users, we are writing to inform you of the upcoming adjustments to our product and service offerings to Hong Kong users. These changes involve the discontinuation of specific products and services as we take steps to transition our services to provide to Hong Kong users.
Compulsory Identity Verification Lv. 2
Effective immediately, users who have completed Identity Verification Lv. 1 with a Hong Kong-issued ID or passport are required to complete Identity Verification Lv. 2 (by providing proof of address) before Apr 15, 2024.

Upon completion of Lv.2 users who are not residing in Hong Kong may continue to access product and services on Bybit Global Platform.
What happens if you don't complete Identity Verification Lv. 2 before Apr 15, 2024?
If you miss the deadline, you will need to be offboarded as a user of Bybit Global Platform according to below timeline:
- From Apr 15,2024. 4AM UTC: Restrictions to further deposits and trades. You can only withdraw assets and close any open positions.
- From Apr 29, 2024, 4AM UTC: Any remaining orders and positions will be closed and funds will be returned to your account.
- You will have up till May 13, 2024, 4AM UTC to withdraw your assets before account closure.
We strongly recommend completing Identity Verification Lv. 2 by the stipulated deadline and managing your positions accordingly.
Users who completed Identity Verification Lv2, and are residing in Hong Kong:
1. From Apr 15, 2024, 4AM UTC:
• We will cease new deposits and trading of restricted products on the Global Platform for all Hong Kong users.
• You may still, and are strongly encouraged to, reduce or close your open positions before Apr 29, 2024, 4AM UTC.

No new P2P orders can be placed by Hong Kong users. However, any existing orders or ongoing appeals raised before Apr 15, 2024 will still be supported by the Global Platform until completion.• On Apr 16, 2024: The platform will automatically remove all remaining P2P ads posted by Hong Kong users. |

2. From Apr 29, 2024, 4AM UTC
• Any remaining positions in the restricted products and services listed above will be closed.
• Restricted products and services will no longer be available to Hong Kong users.
• Funds will be returned to your Funding Account for withdrawal.
For users using Bybit Web3 service, please note that the Bybit Cloud Wallet (previously Bybit Wallet) will not be available to yous after Apr 29, 2024, 4AM UTC. You are encouraged to manage assets in their Cloud Wallet or Keyless Wallet by transferring them to your Bybit Funding Accounts or third-party wallets of your choice before Apr 29, 2024. 3. From Apr 30, 2024, 4AM UTC
• You will only be able to access products and services on the Bybit Hong Kong (HK) Platform dedicated to you. Please refer to our Announcement Center for more details.
• Access to the Bybit App will remain as usual. For products that are no longer offered, you will receive a pop-up notifying you that the product is not available in your jurisdiction and that you will not be able to place any orders.
• Trade history and P&L for restricted products will only be available on the global platform until Apr 29, 2024. After this date, you will no longer have access to the Global Platform, or this information on the HK Platform.
