Here are some of your burning questions answered!

Q1: I'm currently a Follower. Can I apply to become a Master Trader?

Answer: Yes you can! Simply apply through our 

 and wait for our team to get back to you! Do note that upon approval, you'll have to transfer all your assets from your Follower account to other accounts in order to activate your Master Trader account. 

Q2: I'm a Master Trader but I can't seem to open a trade. What can I do?

Answer: Please ensure that you have sufficient assets in your Copy Trading account before placing a trade. You can transfer assets from other accounts to your Copy Trading account. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service for assistance. 

Q3: Are there restrictions when modifying my profile page?

Answer: When modifying your nickname, avatar, or profile, please do not include information about other trading platforms, your private social media account(s), private email address(es), or banned materials or documents which depict gore and violence. 

Q4: What documents do I need to apply to be a Master Trader?

Answer: Your submission needs to include your trading record of at least seven (7) closed orders in the past month with a winning rate of at least 60%, or a ROI or P&L of at least 30%. Please note that we will not approve submissions with trades that are intentionally made to boost winning rates. An example of such submissions include a trading record that displays frequent closing of positions (of the same trading pair) within a short time period and an unnaturally low profit made with each trade. 

For a limited time, Master Traders get to earn an additional 1% commission when their Followers profit from following their trades.
