Good projects from the open-source community are commonly used in different companies and internal systems. Vulnerability attacks (such as log4shell, spring4shell) and supply chain attacks against these open-source projects will continue to pose a challenge to the security of many companies.

Recently, our security team discovered six high-severity vulnerabilities in Archery — an open-source database auditing system — whilst code auditing open-source projects. After assessing and reviewing the vulnerabilities, we immediately reported them to the project owner, the CVE platform, the NIST platform, and provided a solution to resolve them.

The discovery and resolution of these vulnerabilities will play an important role in effectively reducing malicious exploits. By sharing our discovery through the CVE and NIST platforms, we hope to improve the security of the open-source community as well as the crypto industry.
