On August 26th, Bybit experienced a brief service disruption from 12:05 PM UTC to 12:24 PM UTC due to an unprecedented surge in user activity during the $DOGS token listing. 

This high volume of traffic led to network congestion within the server infrastructure of our third-party vendor and overloaded the capabilities of our search providers. As a result, some of our users may have encountered delays or errors in our services during that period.

Our technical team swiftly identified the root cause of the disruption and worked closely with our vendors to optimize server capacity, network resources and ensure platform stability, while also addressing the search performance limitations.

We are constantly evaluating and upgrading our infrastructure to handle even the most significant trading events.
