1. Eligibility: This campaign is open exclusively to our African users who have registered for this specific campaign.

2. Reward Distribution: Rewards will be credited to eligible participants' accounts 14 days after the event concludes, in alignment with Bybit's default referral program's reward distribution timeline.

3. Deposit Requirements: Participants whose referees withdraw their assets within 7 days of making their first deposit will be ineligible for rewards.

4. Top Referral Rewards: Participants are entitled to claim one reward per category, corresponding to the highest tier achieved within the campaign period. If there are more than 2 equal winners of a tier, rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Cash Equivalent Option: Bybit reserves the right to reward participants the cash equivalent of the prizes mentioned in this event if logistic issues prevent us from shipping the items.

6. Fraud Prevention: Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to wash trading, multi-account operations, or any other actions that give an unfair advantage, will result in immediate disqualification from the campaign.
