9. Existing users must trade at least $50 on the hottest Spot listings within seven (7) days to be eligible to claim the Red Packets.

10. If, for any reason, the giveaway, or any part of the giveaway, is unavailable or there is a delay in receiving the giveaway, or a related event is delayed, canceled or postponed, or for any other reason, Bybit reserves the right to modify the giveaway in its reasonable discretion and awards a substitute giveaway of comparable or greater value to the winner(s).
